New Series 700-C Kwik-Charger® Manifolds

620-cs.JPG (7691 bytes)Imperial's new series 700-C Kwik-Charger manifold features a patent pending control valve that charges refrigeration systems up to eight times faster than conventional methods. Engage the refrigerant control valve and the manifold accepts liquid refrigerant from the cylinder and discharges into the low side of the system. An internal metering element reduces liquid flow to a level below the capacity of the compressor, assuring a safe fast charge. Disengage the refrigerant control valve and the Kwik-Charger operates as a conventional manifold for evacuation, vapor or liquid high-side charging.".

620-CS Series Manifolds with Sight Glass and Refrigeration Systems.

620-cs.JPG (7691 bytes)The 620-CS series four valve manifolds feature a sight glass for visual monitoring of refrigerant flow.  These manifolds are UL recognized for commercial refrigeration applications.

All Imperial® Eastman four valve manifolds feature a 3/8" vacuum port and oversized internal passages. Evacuation time is reduced by a factor of four over that of manifolds using 1/4" hose.

Manifolds are available with a variety of gauge calibrations including gauges for 134a.

New Redesigned 400-Series Two-valve Manifolds.

Two innovations set the 400-Series manifolds apart from the competition: a dynamic, full-flow dual O-ring valve design for faster, trouble-free evacuation and charging, and angled hose hangers that give users better access to the equipment. Working with a variety of refrigerants including CFC, HVC, HCFC, Zeotropic and Azeotropic, these manifolds are available in over 20 different configurations. Other features include: soft-touch color-coded ergonomic handles for easier open-close control; sturdy patented gauges with protective boots that provide superior resistance against vibration, pulsation and shock; and UL-listed PolarShield® high-performance hose (800 PSI working pressure and 4,000 PSI burst pressure) available in lengths from three to 12 feet.
